Feedback and complaints
As an organisation, we welcome feedback and complaints.
We operate with a high degree of professionalism and if there are cases where this is not met, we want to hear about them. We are dedicated to understanding the perspectives of the people and organisations we support and want to make changes based on the feedback we receive.
