We have a long-standing relationship with the FCDO (formerly DFID) which supports us through the UK Emergency Deployment Teams programme to deploy specialist GIS (geographic information systems) and information management volunteers to humanitarian emergency situations within 24-48 hours of a disaster.

FCDO also supports the development of our readiness capability, including training for our volunteers, and funds some of our technical equipment.
